Designed to condense soft bone using a series of compression screws, they also have a secondary function of controlled sinus elevation using the concave tip sinus elevation screws. With no need for a mallet, the process offers more control and less pain and trauma to the patient. Autoclavable. Made of high quality stainless steel and with silicone inserts.
